1. Definitions

• "Domestia", "We", "Us", "Our" — the business operating from 205 Sukhumvit Soi 39, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "Service" — the information sessions and household organisation support offered by Domestia, including the Family Topics Information Call, Home Document Setup, and Staff Family Education Day.
• "User", "You" — any individual or organisation accessing the website or booking a session.
• "Content" — any materials, written summaries, session notes, or information provided during or after a session.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any session booking confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or book a session.

For corporate bookings (Staff Family Education Day), the individual making the booking confirms they have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of their organisation.

3. Description of Services

Domestia provides general family planning information and household document organisation support. Our services are:

• Family Topics Information Call — a 60-minute call providing general, non-advisory information about family planning topics and official information sources in Thailand. Includes a written summary. ฿3,500.
• Home Document Setup — an in-home session organising household documents into a labelled system with a checklist and document map. Purely organisational. ฿8,200.
• Staff Family Education Day (B2B) — a structured full-day programme for organisations providing general family planning information to staff. Includes materials and a rollout plan. ฿31,000.

Sessions are currently available within Bangkok. Domestia does not offer legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice. All content shared during sessions is general information only.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked through our contact form or by telephone. A booking is confirmed when Domestia sends a written confirmation. Payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Domestia reserves the right to reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and booking information.
• Treat Domestia facilitators with respect during sessions.
• Use session content and written summaries for personal or internal organisational purposes only — not for redistribution or commercial resale.
• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Domestia or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, session materials, written summaries, and document templates produced by Domestia remain the intellectual property of Domestia. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during sessions for your household or internal organisational purposes. Reproduction, publication, or commercial use of Domestia content without written permission is not permitted.

7. Disclaimers

Domestia's services are provided on an informational basis only. We do not give legal, financial, tax, medical, or any other form of regulated professional advice. Nothing communicated during a session or in written materials constitutes advice of any kind.

We take reasonable care to ensure information is current and accurate, but we cannot warrant that all general information shared is free from error or that official sources have not changed. Families are responsible for verifying information with the relevant official bodies before acting on it.

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those implied by Thai consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Domestia's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or from a session is limited to the fee paid for the session in question. Domestia is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on session information.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Domestia's negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected through the website or sessions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E. 2562).

10. Termination

Domestia may decline or discontinue services to any user who breaches these terms, behaves disrespectfully toward our staff, or provides materially false information during booking. In such cases, any fees paid for sessions not yet delivered will be refunded at Domestia's discretion.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a Domestia session will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. We encourage informal resolution in the first instance — please contact us at [email protected] before initiating formal proceedings.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any session booking confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Domestia.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
• No Waiver: Domestia's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
