About Domestia
A steady presence for families who want to feel prepared
We believe every household deserves access to clear, impartial information — delivered without rush, without judgment, and without jargon.
Back to HomeOur Story
Built around the kitchen table, for families like yours
Domestia began in 2018 when our founder, having spent years navigating Thailand's family documentation landscape alongside an international community in Bangkok, noticed a persistent gap: families had plenty of access to opinions, but very little access to organised, neutral information. Sessions with well-meaning friends and online searches left people more confused than when they'd started.
The answer wasn't another advisory service. It was something quieter — a place where a family could sit down, hear the landscape explained calmly, get their paperwork in order, and leave feeling ready to make their own choices. That's still what Domestia does today.
We work with individual families across Bangkok and Watthana, and with HR teams at organisations that want to give their staff a genuinely useful family wellbeing resource. In every case, the approach is the same: calm, clear, no strings attached.

How We Work
Our standards and commitments
The principles that keep every session trustworthy, well-structured, and genuinely useful.
Strictly informational scope
We draw a clear line between sharing general information and giving personal recommendations. This boundary is explained at the start of every session and maintained throughout.
Confidential by default
All session details and family information remain private. We do not share, sell, or reference client information outside the session context. Our data handling follows PDPA requirements in Thailand.
Written follow-up standard
Every information call includes a short, plain-language written summary delivered within one business day so families have something they can re-read and share at their own pace.
Regularly updated resource base
Our team monitors changes to family-related official information sources in Thailand and updates session materials whenever relevant guidance shifts.
Respectful facilitation approach
Sessions are led without assumptions about family structure, background, or situation. We adapt our language and pace to each household's comfort level.
Registered business in Thailand
Domestia operates as a registered Thai company and adheres to applicable consumer protection and data privacy regulations for all family and corporate engagements.
Our Expertise
Family information support in Bangkok's international community
Bangkok's Watthana district is home to one of Thailand's most varied family communities — Thai households, long-term international residents, and families navigating mixed-national circumstances often sit side by side on the same Sukhumvit soi. What they share is the need to understand how household and family topics work in a Thai context, without having to sort through conflicting opinions to find the facts.
Domestia has spent seven years becoming a reliable reference point in that landscape. Our sessions draw on a well-maintained understanding of which official channels cover which family-related topics in Thailand, how home document systems can be structured to make future reference easier, and how employers can build a genuinely supportive family information resource for their staff without straying into advice territory.
The work is quiet, practical, and grounded. It suits families who want to feel organised and informed — not directed. Everything we do is designed to give households a steadier footing so they can walk into their own decisions with more confidence and less confusion.
