How We Work

A consistent approach across every session

Every Domestia session — whether a phone call, a home visit, or a corporate education day — follows the same underlying principle: we provide clear, well-organised general information and leave every decision firmly in your hands. There's no pressure, no up-selling, and no steering toward any particular outcome.

Sessions are structured around the household's questions, not a fixed script. We adapt the pace, the language, and the level of detail to suit the people in the room (or on the call). A family new to the topic gets a different kind of session from one already partway through — and that's intentional.

Session 01

Family Topics Information Call

A relaxed introductory call explaining, in general terms, how common family-planning topics fit together and where official information lives. No advice is given. Suited to families unsure where to begin. A short written summary follows.

What the session covers

  • Overview of common family-planning topic areas in Thailand
  • Which official organisations cover which topics
  • How topics typically connect and sequence
  • Where to find official documentation and forms
  • A written follow-up summary sent within one business day

How it works — step by step

  1. 1

Enquiry & brief — You send a short message about what your household wants to understand. We confirm a time that works.

  2. 2

The call — Approx. 60 minutes by phone or video. We walk through the topic landscape using plain language, answering questions as they arise.

  3. 3

Written summary — Within one business day, a clear written summary lands in your inbox covering the key points and official references discussed.

Session 02

Home Document Setup

A calm, practical session organising important family paperwork at home into a clear, ordered system. Covers sorting, labelling, and a personal checklist. Ideal for families who prefer support in their own space. Purely organisational; decisions stay with the family.

What the session produces

  • All family documents sorted by category
  • Clear labelling system applied
  • Personalised household document checklist
  • Note of any apparent gaps in your existing files
  • A simple visual map of your document system

How it works — step by step

  1. 1

Pre-session preparation — We exchange a short form about your household documents so the session begins productively.

  2. 2

In-home session — 2–3 hours at your home in Bangkok. We work through documents together, sort and label as we go, and build your checklist.

  3. 3

Document map — Before we leave, we produce a single-page visual summary of your new document system for future reference.
